Erzsebet Bathory and Anna Bathory
Whenever I look up articles on this lady I can literally smell the blood. I understand why Erzsebet needed to feel she looked young.
I understand her feelings. She didn't want to be thrown over. She was virbrant with a virbrant spirit and wanted to remain that way.
She was probabably a better 'Bet' than a million young women. She could probably have offered more and given much more.
We are told she turned psycho and vampiric. But maybe the pressures on her were too great. She had a right to be acknowledged as a beauty whatever her age. No young woman could be what she was. Society sometimes accepts the most ugliest of women
as sexually attractive just because they are simply 'young'. The gaslight begs to differ. The gaslight would put forward that Ersebet
could have offered so much more. That older and even old women can be millions of times more sexually beautiful than young women. Ersebet's brother was the King of Poland and her mum and daughter were both called 'Anna' (historical information). really Erzsebet was a great Icon of older woman beauty. A bit like Madonna or Sharon Osbourne perhaps?
